While I was back in Manchester this weekend I decided to stick a pick-up and add some frets to the 4 string slide guitar I made a while ago, as with everything I seem to do it’s still not quite finished yet. In no particular order(Edit: scratch that, in reverse order) here are some photos:
Still need to finish the fretting, and the electrics need doing, hopefully get around to finishing it next time I’m back in Manchester.

The frets are made from lengths of brass rod glued into channels filed into the fret board, I used an online fret calculator to work out the positions. The pick-up is just one i tore out of a strat copy a while ago.
